Milling

Harshman Machine and Tool Co. has strong capabilities in milling. CNC machining centers with travel up to 60" X 31.5" X 29.5" and full 3D CAD-CAM ability allow us to handle a large variety of milling jobs. We provide production machining as well as a fast turnaround on prototype research and development work.

We have two Mori-Seiki MV45 machining centers with 4th axis capabilities. These machines handle both production and prototype/research and development mill work. These machines are linked via DNC to our CAD-CAM computer for direct communication.

This is our Mori-Seki MV80 machining center. This machine is used for production and mill work. This machine also has 4th axis capabilities.

We also have a full line of vertical and horizontal manual milling machines.
